These Terms of Use govern your use of Secret Chef ("the app"), operated by Vitalii Suvorov ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Secret Chef is a recipe generation app that uses artificial intelligence to identify ingredients from photos and generate personalized recipes. The app requires an active subscription to access its features.
Secret Chef offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly and Yearly plans. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
The app provides up to 5 food scans per day and up to 5 recipe variations per scan. These limits are subject to change.
Recipes are generated by artificial intelligence based on the ingredients you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any recipe. Always use your own judgment when preparing food, especially regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety. We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from following AI-generated recipes.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of generating recipes from food ingredients. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or exploit the app's services, including but not limited to circumventing usage limits or accessing the API outside of the app.
The app, its design, mascot, and branding are the property of Vitalii Suvorov. Recipes generated by the app are provided for your personal use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
